Tell Me About It Tuesday| {Blog Help}

This post was orginially published on February 15, 2011. I have edited out the old facebook information and think it is a good post to re-run about publishing your blog on kindle.

Today I wanted to share with you a few new things I’ve found out about. I always love sharing my knowledge in the hopes that someone else can benefit from it!

Today’s topic is:

Self-publishing on Amazon’s Kindle store.

Super duper easy to do & you earn a commission on every subscription sold! (Plus most blogs have a 14-day free trial for people)

Step 1: go to

Step2: Click on Kindle store.

Step 3: Go to the Kindle Publishing for Blogs page.

Step 4: Do not get distracted by all the blogs you could have coming to your Kindle or iPad with Kindle app. You can browse later people-focus! :) You are going to self-publish your blog! (hehe totally just kidding-get all distracted if you wish…)

Step 5: Scroll down a bit & look in the left sidebar. Click on Kindle Publishing.

Step 6: Follow steps & set up your account.

Step 7: DONE. Come back to the Kindle store in a few days & search for you blog then place a link to your Kindle Published blog on your website if you wish. (By the way you can subscribe to Creative Kristi
right here)

Don’t forget that you will be making money from this & that will probably need to be reported on your income taxes-I am NOT a tax professional, this is my own opinion & you will need to consult one to figure out what you legally need to do. Was this helpful? Should I do more of these posts?
