Today is a 3 times Happy day!

Happy Veteran’s Day, Happy 4 year Blog-o-versary to creativekristi.com and my 29th Birthday.

to my favorite Veteran–my husband! I am so proud of him and am thankful that I share ‘my’ day with him and all the military members who have fought in wars past & present.

*sigh* He’s just so cute.

Today is my 29th birthday (my actual 29th birthday–I am not one of those women who fears turning older haha)

It is also my 4 year Blog-o0versary. 4 years ago on my birthday I decided it would be a good time to start a blog. I didn’t really take it seriously until late 2010 though so my growth has been ‘slow’ compared to others who started well after me.

And that’s ok.

I thought (for my own ‘record keeping’) I’d share some of my stats right now so that next year I can see how much my efforts have paid off (or not).

Also because I secretly wish more blogs did this because I am so nosy and curious!! ha!

Above is a screen shot of my United States Demographics right now.

Obviously female readership is the highest but I do see that I have some male visitors (I do wish you’d say hi in the comments! I’d love to ‘meet’ you!). I also capture and audience who is in the same age range as I am and a little older. This is the one I’m most curious about with other blogs–whether they capture a different age group or not.

I was surprised that I have a lot of readers who don’t have kids–I honestly don’t know why this surprised me but it did. The income one I sort of overlook because I really don’t care. Same with education and race.

Twitter followers: 1,951

(so SO close to my birthday goal of 2,000 so if you don’t yet follow me there please go follow! )

Facebook likes: 1,024 (I flipped over 1,000 while I was on my blog break…..which I still sort of am.)

Google+ (number of people who have me in their ‘circles’): 369

Instagram followers: 335

Number of blog visits in one year (according to StatCounter): 197,256

Number of blog visits in the last month (according to StatCounter): 20,626
