Today I am linking up with my new friends ChrisAnn and Kristin from Love Feast Table!!
We met this past weekend at the GE MOMsperience! They are so sweet and fun & even let Jamie (from Mommy’s Camera) and I play a little Red Penguin prank fun on them the last night we were there.
We tucked some penguins into their beds with the help of a fun security guard!

Anyway-onto the “Fancy Friday” part of this post!
GE arranged to have us create our own Derby Hats for our dinner at Churchill Downs so the first night we were there we got to play and create.
Here are some pics I took of that process:
Then we got all dolled up and got on the bus to go to Churchill Downs (it was a funny sight to see apparently because WE, as tourists, got the attention of some other tourists who were like paparazzi and taking pictures of us getting on the bus haha!)
And of course I had to get a few pictures of me in my own derby hat, dress and new heels!
First with the iconic Red Penguin (who would in just a few hours end up in Love Feast’s room-gotta love moveable, interactive art!):
and on some of the art that was on the sidewalk- cement suitcases! I loved these!!
